When you choose this service, one of our Yealink Certified Engineers will:

• Unbox your selected Yealink products
• Update all devices to the latest available firmware
• Pair compatible devices where required
• Configure devices using the credentials you provide
• Fully test each device to ensure everything is working correctly before dispatch

This service saves you valuable time by ensuring your equipment arrives ready for installation, eliminating the need to wait for firmware updates or spend time pairing and configuring devices yourself.

Please note:

• Selecting our pre-configuration service will add 2 working days to your scheduled delivery date.
• Due to the bespoke nature of this service, pre-configured products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or covered under your statutory rights.
• This service does not affect the standard 2-year Yealink manufacturer's warranty, which remains fully valid.
