Shipping Policy

We only sell and ship to customers that are located within the United Kingdom.

The services provided by our carrier are outside our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times, UK delivery is normally no more than 2-3 working days after despatch.

In the event of a delayed delivery, we regret we are unable to offer compensation. Should you not receive your goods within 8 days, a refund or replacement will be offered.

We package our products extremely carefully - in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit or faulty, you can notify us via telephone or email. You must then return the goods unused and in their original condition within the next 5 working days.

Returns Policy

Returns for Goods Ordered in Error or No Longer Needed

Customers who wish to return items they have mistakenly ordered or no longer want/need may do so subject to the manufacturer's discretion. To initiate a return, claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Upon acceptance by the manufacturer, a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 25% will be applicable for these returns.

The items must be in their original, unopened condition with all security seals intact. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping using a trackable courier service. Once the items are received by the manufacturer, they will be inspected to ensure they are unopened and in new condition. In the event that the return is declined due to the items being used, it becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange for collection. Items not collected within 30 days may be disposed of.

A credit will be issued, deducting the restocking fee and the original delivery charge.

Please note that if the product has been opened, it is unlikely that the manufacturer will accept the return.

Returns for Faulty Goods within 14 Days of Receipt

If you receive a faulty item and report the issue within 14 days of receipt (for business clients), we will arrange a return after performing a technical assessment, either by ourselves or by the product manufacturer. Once we receive the returned goods in their entirety, we will dispatch a replacement product to you.

However, if you choose not to accept the replacement product, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% will apply.

In the event that a replacement unit is unavailable, we will refund you in full using your original payment method.

Returns for Faulty Goods over 14 Days since Receipt

If you are reporting faulty goods more than 14 days after receipt, then you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair.

Returns for Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods were damaged during transit, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving them. If the damage is visible upon receipt, please ensure that it is noted on the delivery note.

Once the damaged goods have been collected and returned to our warehouse, we will dispatch a replacement product to you.

If you choose not to accept the replacement product, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% will be applicable.

In the event that a replacement unit is unavailable, we will provide a full refund using your original payment method.
